Backed by top-tier venture capital firms like Battery Ventures and Tower Research Capital, we are one of the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in the sector. This is your opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling venture at an early stage, where you can make a massive impact without the typical startup risk. Our flagship platform, renowned for its "Win More Bids" value proposition, significantly enhances revenue streams and operational efficiencies for our clients. Join us and be a driving force in transforming government contracting with AI-driven solutions.
We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer with a robust background in React and Next.JS, and a keen interest in Generative AI and LLMs. In this critical role, you will be a key player in our end-to-end AI-driven platform, mastering and enhancing our frontend systems. Your efforts will directly influence the user experience and interface of our product, embedding generative AI technologies to provide disruptive solutions to our users. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you will lead the charge towards innovative, technical excellence.
We want you to get the chance to know us in the interview process and for us to learn as much as we can about you, too. To make this possible and to ensure fairness for all our candidates, we have a no-exceptions policy on AI usage and augmentation during interviews. While we are an AI first company, this does mean we prohibit any AI tooling during the interview process unless otherwise explicitly allowed (such as large language models, code suggestion software, or AI assistants) to generate, refine, or suggest answers, solutions, or code, regardless of the format (written, spoken, or coded). We want to get to know you, your experiences, and qualifications genuinely and directly and the best way to do this is to keep it just between us.
To keep the interview fair for all, we reserve the right to ask follow-up questions or request you to clarify or elaborate on your solutions without the aid of external tools to validate that the answers provided genuinely reflect your own skills and experience. Violation of this code of conduct will result in the immediate termination of your candidacy.
Background Check Required. As part of our employment process, a background check is required. This may include a review of your credit history, criminal records, and employment verification, conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By applying, you acknowledge and consent to this process.
